The Reach The Heights project helps young people to stay in or get back into work, education and training.
They are looking to find out how you get involved in activities and decisions that affect you and the area where you live, and would like your help.
If you have ten minutes, please fill in the survey at the bottom of this page.
Your answers will be kept private but the information from the 'about you' section will be stored in a safe place by the Welsh Assembly
Government.
The deadline for completing the survey is Friday 15 October, but if you're having difficulties or do not have access to a computer, please contact the project manager, Rachel Gardner, on 0207 496 3234 or at rachel.gardner@ecotec.com and she will arrange to send hard (paper) copies of the survey to you.
