ASH Wales is a public health charity with the sole task of tackling the ill health caused by tobacco use. We are looking for views from young people about what a stop smoking service could look like for young people in wales . This small survey, once completed, will help us understand the need for a quit-smoking service specifically for young people in Wales.

 

All you need to do is visit: - http://www.ashwales.org/smoking-survey-for-young-people-in-wales/ and send back your completed survey electronically or via fax or post by the 1^st August 2011 !! The more responses across Wales the better we can understand the issues that matter to you around smoking awareness and support to quit!
