The event is brought to you by First House Network, which brings together the local council with estate agents, solicitors, housing associations, property developers and financial advisers.

These organisations will be at the event to give advice and information about what is on offer and how to proceed in the most suitable way for your circumstances.

Along with exhibitions, there will be a series of short seminars that will run from 11.30 am covering subjects such as:

• How the legal process of buying a property works

• How can Flintshire County Council help?

Seminars will run twice in rotation from around 11.30 am. In addition to seminars there will be a main exhibition hall where organisations associated with property will have stands. Attendees are invited to visit the exhibition hall from 11 am until 2.00 pm and ask questions about any subject associated with property. In the hall attendees will be able to speak with representatives of Flintshire County Council and local housing associations, they will also be able to find out how much mortgage they can obtain and what this will cost.

Builders who are offering special deals for first time buyers will have details available. Solicitors will be on hand to explain the legal process of buying, building or renting your first home.
